Visits and Participations

Visits were paid to a number of centers and universities to spread awareness of the Chair and provide updates on Qur'anic studies:

1. Visiting the Computer Lab for the Rules of the Recitation of the Qur'an, King Saud University.
2. Visiting the Professor of Prince Naif Chair for Intellectual Security.
3.  Visiting the Professor of Prince Sultan Chair for Contemporary Islamic Studies.
4. Visiting the Professor of King Khalid Chair for Academic Research.
5. Visiting the President of Jazan University with the delegation of the Saudi Scientific Society.
6. Visiting KAU President with the delegation of the Saudi Scientific Society.
7. Visiting the President of the Islamic University with the delegation of the Saudi Scientific Society.
8. Visiting the Saudi Scientific Society for Qur'an and Its Knowledge.
9. Visiting the Qur'anic Studies Center, King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur'an.
10. Visiting the General Manager of the Unified Arab Index, Riyadh.
11. Visiting the Secretary General of King Faisal Foundation for Islamic Research and Studies.
12. Visiting the Chairman of the Saudi Scientific Society for Qur'an and Its Knowledge.
13. Visiting reverend Sheikh Saleh Al-Hussein, President-General of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.
14. Visiting the Manager of the Research Excellence Center of Contemporary Issues Jurisprudence.

The Chair also participated in a number of conferences:

• Participating in the Meeting of Contemplating the Holy Qur'an.
• Participating in the International Conference on E-Learning and Distance Learning.
• Participating in Prince Naif Chair Workshop on the Studies of the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice.
• Participating in the 1^st International Conference on Teaching the Holy Qur'an.
